Offorge processes account, workspace, brand, and operational information to provide and protect the Brand Operating System.
Information we process
- Account and workspace details, including names, email addresses, membership, and role information.
- Brand inputs, evidence, approved decisions, generated candidates, execution requests, and review history.
- Usage, device, request, correlation, and error metadata needed for reliability, security, limits, and abuse prevention.
- Subscription and payment status supplied by an authorized billing provider; Offorge does not need to store full card details.
How information is used
We use this information to operate the service, isolate workspaces, preserve decision history, enforce plans and approvals, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve product reliability.
AI-assisted processing
Selected brand inputs may be sent to contracted model providers to research, synthesize, critique, or generate candidates. AI output does not approve or silently replace your Brand Source of Truth.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, model, support, analytics, and billing providers acting under their service terms. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and control
Workspace information is retained while the account is active and as needed for security, legal, billing, backup, and dispute obligations. Authorized users can request access, correction, export, or deactivation through workspace settings or support.
Security
Offorge uses role-based access, tenant isolation, approval boundaries, private storage controls, audit history, and secret-handling practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
