Using Offorge
You may use Offorge only for lawful brand strategy, identity, voice, execution, and governance work. You are responsible for your account, authorized users, workspace instructions, and material you submit.
Plans and billing
Starter and Pro capabilities, limits, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation timing, and refunds are shown during purchase or plan management. A verified billing event—not a browser setting or feature flag—controls paid entitlement status.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit and approved brand work produced for your workspace. You grant Offorge the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and deliver the service.
AI-assisted content
Offorge may use AI systems to research, synthesize, propose, critique, and generate candidates. AI cannot approve or silently overwrite the Brand Source of Truth. Authorized humans remain responsible for consequential approvals and final use.
Claims, rights, and publication
You must review factual claims, evidence, intellectual-property rights, legal requirements, and suitability before publishing or relying on any output. Guardrails assist review but are not legal advice.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to break laws, infringe rights, access another tenant, bypass limits or approvals, distribute malware, probe security without authorization, or submit material you are not permitted to process.
Availability and changes
We may change or suspend features to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. Material plan or term changes will be communicated through reasonable product or account notices.
